1. Availability of Products

1.1. The products we offer are available within the limits of stocks provided by our suppliers. You can usually check the availability of a product on the specific product page.

1.2. However, please note that placing a product in a cart does not automatically guarantee its availability or price. We do not reserve stock (unless the product is specifically pre-ordered on the product sheet).

1.3. If a product in your order becomes unavailable after validation, we will inform you immediately by e-mail. In this case, the order would be automatically canceled, and we would refund the price of the product as well as any amount paid for the order. If your order includes other products that are still available, these will be delivered to you as normal, and delivery costs will not be refunded.

2. Delivery Terms

2.1. Before finalizing your order, we will provide you with information on the available delivery options and their respective costs. After selecting your delivery method, we will give you an estimate of the delivery time.

2.2. Our goal is to deliver your product(s) to you on the scheduled delivery date. If there is a problem, we will contact you promptly to inform you of the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

2.3. Delivery charges, which cover airfare, shipping and/or delivery of your product(s), are included in the total price charged when you order. However, please note that any customs fees are not included in the price charged by Ribeiro Brod.

2.4. Depending on your choice, delivery can be made to the address you have provided or, where applicable, to a relay point that you have selected from the available options. So be sure to check the delivery information carefully, as you are responsible if there is a delivery problem due to incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Customs clearance

3.1. When you purchase a product from us, you are purchasing the product duty free and becoming the importer of the product as the recipient. Therefore, you are responsible for the process of importing and clearing the product with local customs authorities.

3.2. Depending on the value of your order, you may be required to pay customs duties (for products with a customs value exceeding €150). The process of declaring customs duties upon product clearance is your responsibility. These customs duties are not charged by Ribeiro Brod and are not refundable by our company.

4. Reception

4.1. Upon receipt of your product, we encourage you to carefully check that the product is complete and in good condition.

4.2. If you notice a problem or anomaly, please contact us within 30 days (excluding holidays) of receipt of the product. Any complaint filed after this deadline cannot be processed.
